Paul Hart

Operations Director

Paul has over 20 years experience in the cleaning sector and oversees the entire operations team ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Paul is responsible for the implementation of the company's contractual commitments to our clients, including staff recruitment, vetting and security. Our senior management are actively involved in on-going client liaisons throughout our portfolios of customers.

Scott Bambridge

Sales Director

Scott's vast experience enables him to tailor each individual tender to the requirements of the building and the client. During this period he has secured some of the most prestigious cleaning contracts in London. He is not only responsible for the sales and marketing at IOC Ltd but also the implementation of contract commencement systems and procedures, maintaining contact with the client throughout our service period.

Area Management Team

All of our area managers have more than 10 years' experience in the cleaning industry and have extensive experience in caring for prestigious buildings in the City and West End. Our area managers work closely with clients making regular site visits to ensure the highest standards are established and maintained. From that point we maintain our service levels by attending site at least twice a week and scheduled quality audit meetings.
